Never brash, they do drink well young; however, hidden within these powerfully subtle wines, there is an immense ability to age and improve. The vineyards of Domaine Michel Arcelain (with the exception of a small parcel in Chardonnay) are all Pinot Noir of the highest quality, known as 'Pinot Fin'.
