Overview

Sometimes what's old is new, and what's new has always been with you! The DOMAINE D'ARDHUY is a case in point.

The Domaine d’Ardhuy, situated right on the dividing point between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune is a family legacy founded in 1930 by Pierre André (of Chateau Pierre Andre fame).

They have incredible holdings in some of the most iconic vineyards in both Cotes.
Today, the estate is owned and managed by the seven daughters of Pierre Andre who continue to uphold the family’s passion for viticulture and terroir expression.

Today, we present the Domaine d'Ardhuy wines to you for the first time.  But we have known the family for over a decade now because....they were the previous owners of Domaine de Cromey!

Allow me to start with the creme-de-la-creme, and tempt you with but a couple of their Grand Cru Burgundies:  Domaine D'Ardhuy Corton le Clos du Roi Grand Cru and Domaine D'Ardhuy Clos De Vougeot Grand Cru

6-Pack includes 3 bottles of each RED Grand Cru with GROUND SHIPPING INCLUDED:

Domaine D'Ardhuy Corton le Clos du Roi Grand Cru 2022
Corton Clos du Roi from Domaine d’Ardhuy is a Grand Cru, brilliant and clear with bright ruby color with slight tawny hues. The nose is elegant, floral and fruit, with aromas of peony, cherry, and raspberry. On the palate, the wine is taut and refined, with an elegant structure and subtle peppery spice. The oak influence is light, and so the quality of the terroir shines. This is Corton's classic balance of power and finesse; a fist in a velvet glove, as they say in Burgundy.

Domaine D'Ardhuy Clos De Vougeot Grand Cru 2022
Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru – Petit Maupertui from Domaine d’Ardhuy is a deep ruby color with cherry highlights. The attack opens with fresh red currant and subtle notes of tobacco and coffee. On the palate, it is precise and long, with firm, well-structured tannins that provide excellent aging potential. The oak is balanced and integrated. From an 80-year-old plot located in the celebrated upper part of the Clos de Vougeot, Petit Maupertui benefits from calcareous, stony soils and a gentle east-facing slope, contributing to its finesse and power. This wine can develop gracefully for 20+ years.
