CELEBRATE CHABLIS MIXED 6-PACK
Chablis is located in the northernmost wine-producing region of Burgundy, France. The cool climate is perfect for growing Chardonnay, producing wines that are more crisp, refreshing, and mineral-driven compared to those from warmer regions. The lack of ripeness in the grapes results in a more restrained style with high acidity.

Spring beauties to enjoy on the patio while you take in the fresh, warm air. This WHITE 6-pack includes 1 bottle of each Chablis:
Domaine Oudin Chablis 2022
Classic sweet river rock minerality and floral freshness, this is a meticulous perfectionists’ Chablis ‘tout-court’ (as the locals call the ‘village’ appellation). This wine is at its peak now and will remain there for another 3-4 years. A lovely introduction to the Domaine Oudin style.
Domaine Oudin Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaugiraut' 2022
An upper left bank premier cru that sits above the village of Chichée and to the south of Chablis itself, this Oudin Vaugiraut is a moment of pleasure with ripe fruit and gun-flint smoke. It’s floral and stony with a hint of salty sea breeze, pure and powerful and elegant.
Domaine Oudin Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaucoupins' 2022
The uppermost right bank premier cru, situated between Fley and Chichée, and the next valley over from the premier cru Mont de Milieu, this Oudin Vaucoupin is ripe and fresh, subtle with a touch of salt. Lively and powerful, yet controlled enough to allow the minerality and purity to sing.
Jean Dauvissat Pere et Fils Chablis 2022
Chalky Chablis minerality makes you immediately think that this village Chablis comes from vines on the left bank of the Serein. Many of the Dauvissat holdings are there, near Milly, the hamlet at the foot of the Cote de Lechet. Here, deep berry fruit and lemon drop (orange, really) acidity produce a big, concentrated wine which is wide open on the palate, with a long rich finish driven on by that minerality. There’s a new kid on the block!
Domaine Jean Dauvissat et Fils Chablis Les Terroirs de la Chapelle 2021
The Domaine Jean Dauvissat has such impressive holdings in the village appellation Chablis, that Fabien Dauvissat has decided to present them by parcel, or by the individual vineyards, rather than blending them all together to make on big cuvee of Chablis. Here we have several vineyards centered around the village of La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, ostensibly on the right bank of the River Serein, but situated on a plain above the village. Here there is a roundness of baked apple and plum, but cut by the acidity of exotic citrus. Great balance and superb length, as with all Dauvissat wines, exquisite precision. And what an exciting development for those who want to perfect their appreciation of Chablis.
Jean Dauvissat Pere et Fils Chablis Bas de Fourchaume 2022
The parcel named "Bas de Fourchaume" is located, as its name indicates, under the Premier Cru Fourchaume. Classified in the Chablis appellation, this bottom of the hillside benefits from the same South-South/West exposure as the premier cru, with deeper clay-loam soil. Long maceration on fine lees. Part in stainless steel, part in 600l oak demi-muits. Assembled after 12 months, and then another 6 months of maturation 'en masse'. Light fining and filtering, but not cold treated, to preserve aromatic finesse.
