We have several favorite cuvées, and have purchased the same wines over multiple vintages. But the beauty of the Hospices selection is that every year puts a particular style to the fore. Some years are pure Pommard, some years more Volnay. Our purchases reflect our appreciation of the vintage — which is what Burgundy is all about.
