GIVREY-CHAMBERTIN 'EN SYLVIE' 6-PACK
Pierre Naigeon has sold his prestigious estate to the Domaine les Astrelles. Now what?
Well here is your first chance to compare what's changed and what remains the same.
Before the sale, the Domaine Naigeon had deep roots in Burgundy, going back generations in Gevrey Chambertin. Known for meticulous attention to terroir and crafting wines that are faithful representations of specific vineyards, Pierre Naigeon was a legend.
After the sale, the estate was rebranded as Domaine Les Astrelles. While the name has changed, the most important aspect of the estate—the vineyards--remain the same. The new owners bring their own approach to winemaking and vineyard management, though the terroir and some aspects of vineyard practices still reflect the legacy of Pierre Naigeon.
This does not happen often in Burgundy!
So here is your chance to taste what the exact same vines give under different stewardship!
